What time should I start standing in line for the Tonight Show with Jay Leno?

The tickets say to be in line by 3pm, with the show starting at 4pm…but I was thinking to be in line earlier…?

   Get in by 1:30 or 2:00 PM.

   When i went we got there at 1pm and visited with other people, it was interesting. Have fun!

   you do need to go earlier I would probably get there around 1pm
